AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND MISTER-I.COM

This is a legal agreement between you and Mister-i with respect to Mister-i Messenger. You must accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms of Use in order to access and/or use Mister-i Messenger. If you do not accept these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use Mister-i Messenger.

Modification of the terms of use

Microsoft reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which Mister-i Messenger is offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions and notices. Continued use of Mister-i Messenger after any such change shall constitute your consent to such change. Unless explicitly stated, otherwise, any new changes or improvements to Mister-i Messenger shall be subject to the Terms of Use, as modified from time to time.

As a condition of your use of the .NET Messenger Service, you will not use Mister-i Messenger for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, or notices. You may not use Mister-i Messenger in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Mister-i Messenger or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, computer systems or networks associated with Mister-i Messenger. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the .NET Messenger Service. You agree to use Mister-i Messenger only to send, receive appropriate messages.

Collection of your Personal Information

Mister-i Messenger uses the Microsoft Passport service. When you sign in to this site using Passport, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address and a password to sign you in. All your other privacy settings are stored in Microsoft database.

The Passport service assigns a personal identification number and sends it to your computer in the form of a small text file, called a 'cookie'. The use of this cookie allows you to visit Mister-i Website without having to reenter your email account.
